Privacy Statement & AAICB Organization/Guidelines
Ownership of AAICB:
The American Association of Independent Cleaning Businesses (herein called AAICB) is a subsidiary of Walla Enterprises, an international business entity, and is a support organization created to assist in the advancement of the owners of independent cleaning businesses throughout the United States and Australia (also known as AAICB replacing American with Australian).
Your Privacy:
The purpose of the AAICB is to educate, support, and create opportunity for owners of above mentioned businesses for the benefit of said business owners. The AAICB will never share any personal or business information belonging to said business owners to any third party entity for any reason unless done so with full permission through the paid advertising services or networking opportunities offered by the AAICB.
Organization of the AAICB:
The American Association of Independent Cleaning Businesses is led by the President and CEO of the AAICB (CEO), the Vice President of Operations (VPO), the Vice President of Chapter Organization (VPC), and the Vice President of Event Organization (VPE). (note: more than one position can be held by the same person) Each individual geographical Chapter will be led locally by the following.
Chapter Organization:
Each geographical group, or Chapter, is led by individual Chapter Directors chosen by the VPC and CEO initially and then by vote every two year term. broken into chapters across the United States.
Each individual Chapter must consist of a paid membership Chapter Director, a paid membership Chapter Secretary, a paid membership Chapter Treasurer, and any number of paid members and their guests.
Chapter Misconduct:
The AAICB cannot be held responsible for the actions, terminology, or locations used by individual Chapter Directors or for conduct within their individually operated meetings, events, or locations. Each Chapter Director must meet the operational guidlines signed by them when they were accepted as individual Chapter Directors. Any misconduct allowed by any individual Chapter Director is the sole responsibility of said Chapter Director including any legal ramifications which should happen to follow any misconduct allowed by any individual Chapter Director.
Code of Conduct:
It is the sole repsonsibility of each individual Chapter Director to ensure that each Chapter conducts business in full accordance with the AAICB Code of Conduct. The AAICB Code of Conduct is a set of standards designed to regulate each individual chapter's conduct in regards to proper business ethics and legal procedures. It is also designed to regulate the appearance and use of all aspects of the AAICB name or organizational logos properly. Advertising Services:
The advertising services provided by the AAICB are conducted through an affiliate agreement between Walla Enterprises™ and a third party advertising agency. The results of any advertising service provided through the AAICB cannot be guaranteed based on practical advertising expectations. It is the sole responsibility of the individual or business purchasing the advertising services to conduct any and all market research in order to place effective advertisements either nationally or locally.
Janitorial Supply Sales:
The sale of any and all janitorial supplies is not for the purpose of profit to any individual Chapter of the AAICB or the AAICB organization itself. Any and all janitorial supplies sold through the AAICB are provided through an affiliate agreement between Walla Enterprises™ and third party vendors. Any aspect of the agreements between Walla Enterprises™ and any third party vendor do not affect any individual or business that purchases the products. The sale of these products through the AAICB are for the purpose of increasing any individual or business' ability to stay competitive in the industry by improving services or adding new services.
Janitorial Equipment Sales:
The sale of any and all janitorial equipement is not for the purpose of profit to any individual Chapter of the AAICB or the AAICB organization itself. Any and all janitorial equipment sold through the AAICB are provided through an affiliate agreement between Walla Enterprises™ and third party vendors. Any aspect of the agreements between Walla Enterprises™ and any third party vendor do not affect any individual or business that purchases the products. The sale of these products through the AAICB are for the purpose of increasing any individual or business' ability to stay competitive in the industry by improving services or adding new services. |
